Jas Chandi acknowledges himself as an “accountant with a heart” and approaches each of his clients’ problems as his own. He is highly proficient & well-versed with the current accounting standards and draws his expertise from years of public practice in business advisory, tax planning, and cash flow management. With more than a decade of experience in handling owner managed businesses, Jas has developed a genuine ability to connect with business owners and key decision makers to help them navigate through the complex business challenges. Flipping the traditional accounting and corporate structuring models, he is providing transparent financial, taxation, and bookkeeping services to a wide range of industries.
Jas left a high-payable job to start his own journey at CJ CPA and is now helping small to large-scale organizations reach its true potential. Through customer-focussed service, Jas is passionate about making a difference in the businesses and lives of his clients. He lives in South Surrey, BC, and loves spending time with his family, friends, and his 3 kids. His interests include camping, travelling, and relishing Canucks games.

Gary Traher has over 20 years of experience in CDN, US Tax compliance, Estate planning & valuation, and accounting. He is dedicated and passionate about helping clients build and manage their businesses into a valuable and profitable asset. Gary has extensive expertise in income tax preparation, estate & trusts, corporate reorganizations, succession planning, acquisitions, division of assets, and mergers. He believes in implementing transparent and accurate management practices to encourage professionalism and enable people to achieve their goals.
From startups to established enterprises, Gary has been assisting his clients with strategic tax planning, complex taxation, and quality accounting services across a diverse range of industries. In his free time, Gary enjoys sailing his boat in the pacific ocean to explore and enjoy beautiful British Columbia.
Shiv Chaudhary

Shiv Chaudhary is a Professional Accountant and an accomplished Canadian & US tax advisor. He completed his Bachelor’s and post-graduation with a Master's degree and is a certified industrial accountant. With over ten years of extensive experience in accounting and income tax planning at CPA public practice firms, he has assisted individuals and businesses from a diverse range of industries.
Shiv has a strong knowledge of accounting and taxation concepts including financial statements preparation, estate/trust returns, cloud accounting, corporate & personal tax filing and management. He also has expertise in tax planning & compliance, commodity taxes, foreign tax credit claims, exemptions, and additional tax reporting. Shiv enjoys assisting his clients with transparent and reliable accounting & taxation services to achieve their business and personal goals. In his spare time, Shiv enjoys reading, travelling, and discovering new places for recreation.
